Be part of a unique outdoor team-building day for businesses during this year’s Festival of Nature.

Take your team out of the office for an away day this June to reconnect, align, and motivate in beautiful green spaces in and around Bristol.

It's widely acknowledged that spending time outdoors in nature is beneficial to health and wellbeing (as well as improving productivity!). Natural England and the NHS are collaborating on this pilot event, connecting businesses with Green Social Prescribing practitioners that offer inspiring outdoor sessions, as part of the Healthier with Nature programme.

Strengthen employee relationships, encourage creativity, and unwind as a team in some of Bristol’s nature spaces, whilst supporting your local community.Welcome to the launch of Retrofit West! 

How it works

Your nature away-day will involve a morning session (10am-12noon) and lunch (12noon-1pm) at your first site, travel time (1-2pm), and an afternoon session (2-4pm) at your second site.
